Anyone with membership rights  you will be access this screen. Here you create a subscription for the financial year and then click create sub.

 

This processes all active members and checks their membership info and makes a customised email and makes a subscription record that you use in the next screen (below)

So you can easily filter to see who hasn’t paid yet and as people pay you simple select them, choose a payment date and click set payment date. I’ll add an option to email from here so you can send follow up emails.

On the email tab you can send emails with inserted (merged) member info to send reminders / follow ups based on the active filter
